1. Given rates may change on holidays, festival days and peak days. Kindly contact us for your case to case deals on the important holidays.
2. Any cancellation after cut off date will be strictly subject to retention.
3. Driver contact details and veg/non veg requirement menu must be informed a day prior to the arrival.
4. Any kid/Adult above 4 years will be charged extra.
5. We may not be responsible for the late check in and the check out time will remain same as 09:00 Am.
6. In deluxe houseboat A/c will be operated during night time only (09 00 Pm to 06 00 Am)and Extras will be charged for the day time A/c requirement.
7. Guest must follow the safety instructions of the onboard crew and captain has the right to anchor the boat if the climate is not favour and any technical complaints occured.
8. Boarding is at Starting point Alleppey and if any change on the same will be informed to the driver for the smooth boarding.
9. On premium houseboat A/c can be used during day time as per requirement or it deppends Guest Choice.
10. There is only fixed menu meals will be served and can be slightly changed as per pre request.
11 If no payment detail is updated through mail before the cut off date, We may not hold the booking further and mark cancellation with out any intimation.
12. If any technical complaints like engine /generator failure, A/c complaints happened guest will be shifted to the similar vessel up on their permission and no refund is applied on the same happenings.

14. In case the assigned or booked boat is not able to run up on maintanance/engine failure/technical issue, similar category boat will be given.
15. Houseboat menu is fixed and any customisation is subject to the descresionary of chef.
